COMAR has adopted the necessary technical measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to prevent, as far as possible and always in accordance with the state of the art, its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access.

You are also reminded that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5. How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically, instead of being held in a moderation queue.
For users who register on the website (if any), the personal information they provide in their user profile is also stored. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

It is common for Grupo Comar’s gaming establishments to hold raffles and random combinations in accordance with the rules filed with a Notary Public and published on this website, in the sections corresponding to each establishment. Please note that no personal data is collected from participants in these raffles. If a particular raffle or random combination requires the prior collection of participants’ personal data, this will be duly informed in the corresponding rules, and the participant’s prior express consent for the processing of their data will be obtained. In any case, both the collection and processing of such data will be carried out in accordance with this privacy policy.
